Watch: Springsteen & Mellencamp pay tribute to Jerry Lee at Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction

Bruce Springsteen may have technically been at last night's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony to induct his former engineer turned superstar record exec Jimmy Iovine. But what really got him going was an opportunity to pay tribute to the late rockabilly legend Jerry Lee Lewis, who passed away Oct. 28 at 87.

Bruce and John Mellencamp teamed up for the tribute, featuring spirited renditions of "High School Confidential" and "Great Balls of Fire" — although nobody could whip through those classics like The Killer himself, Bruce and John more than did him justice.
